Graphitized Petroleum Coke (GPC) is produced by graphitizing high-quality calcined petroleum coke at extremely high temperatures (2,800–3,000°C). This process converts the carbon structure into high-purity graphite, resulting in very high fixed carbon, extremely low sulphur, and excellent carbon absorption.
GPC is widely used as a premium recarburizer in steel and foundry industries where strict chemical control and high carbon recovery are required
