Mr. Brij Kumar Bansal
Chairman of TMA
Brij Kumar Bansal, a distinguished electrical engineer from Roorkee College and a native of Agra, comes from a reputed business family. With a career spanning key leadership roles in top Indian companies including as Head of Marketing at DLF Universal Ltd, overseeing domestic and UAE markets Mr. Bansal brings a wealth of experience in both technical and strategic domains.
In 1983, he founded Techno Marketing Agencies (T.M.A) and Neepan Impex Pvt. Ltd., pioneering the distribution of electric motors for desert coolers and other appliances across five major Indian states. A seasoned technocrat, his deep understanding of engineering and marketing laid the foundation for what would become the TMA Group.
Today, as Chairman of TMA International Pvt. Ltd., Mr. Bansal continues to drive innovation through active involvement in Research & Development. Even at the age of 80, his dedication to expanding the company’s product portfolio remains a testament to his enduring vision and leadership.
Mr. Pankaj Bansal
Founder & CEO of TMA
Mr. Pankaj Bansal, a Commerce graduate from Delhi’s prestigious Kirori Mal College and a Diploma holder in Business Management from the Birla Institute of Management Technology, embarked on his entrepreneurial journey after joining his father’s trading business soon after school. With a sharp understanding of trade and a vision for global business, he founded TMA International in 1993, with a focus on exporting electric motors and parts.
By 1997, the company had grown significantly and was converted into a partnership firm, marking a new phase of expansion and organizational development. Mr. Bansal formally took charge of operations and marketing, bringing strategic direction and a commitment to building a robust international supply chain.
Over the years, TMA International diversified its export portfolio to include metals, chemicals, ferro alloys, and automotive components, while expanding its market presence across the Middle East, Far East, USA, and Europe.
In 2017, TMA International merged with its parent organization and was rebranded as TMA International Pvt. Ltd., reinforcing its standing as a trusted name in global trade and exports.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, Mr. Bansal once again demonstrated foresight and resilience by launching TMA Intercontinental LLP, a new venture focused on agri-commodities exporting fresh fruits and vegetables, and importing premium dry fruits. This expansion also led to the creation of JOY CRUNCH, a retail brand offering dry fruits and edibles via online platforms.
With over three decades of experience, Mr. Bansal continues to lead the organization with a vision to create a customer-centric global supply chain that delivers value, quality, and efficiency.
In addition to his business pursuits, Mr. Bansal plays a key role in the trade and export ecosystem. He currently serves as:
- President of the Northern Impex Shippers Association (NISA),
- Board Member at FISME (Federation of Indian Micro and Small & Medium Enterprises), and
- Member of FIEO (Federation of Indian Export Organisations).
His contributions have been recognized at both national and international levels.
Outside the corporate world, Mr. Bansal is actively involved in philanthropic initiatives through Rotary and other service organizations, reflecting his belief in giving back to society.
Ms. Gunjan Bansal
Director of TMA
Gunjan Bansal, a Home Science graduate from the prestigious College of Agra, brings a unique blend of business acumen and creativity to her role as Director at TMA International Pvt Ltd. She is responsible for overseeing administration and business development, driving growth and operational efficiency.
As a partner at TMA Intercontinental LLP, Ms. Bansal is spearheading the company’s efforts to introduce dry fruits and edible products on e-commerce platforms like Amazon. Additionally, her strong design sensibility plays a key role in product development for her daughter’s business venture.
Beyond her professional achievements, Ms. Bansal is deeply committed to philanthropy. A member of Rotary, she leads various charitable initiatives, following in the footsteps of her husband’s commitment to giving back to the community.
Ms. Shubhie Bansal

Shubhie Bansal is an integral part of TMA International, a company founded on a solid foundation of values and vision. A graduate with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Shubhie brings a fresh perspective and new energy to the company’s international business expansion. Under the mentorship of her father, Pankaj Bansal, she has gained a deep understanding of the importance of tradition and hard work. Shubhie is passionate about combining these values with innovative ideas to help elevate TMA’s legacy. Her focus is on driving growth, embracing change, and creating new opportunities in the global market while remaining true to the principles that have defined TMA’s success.
